SC TYPE
The SC type oil seal has a series of excellent properties that make it stand out in the sealing field.
As a rotary oil seal, it is suitable for oiled and dust-free working environments, and its pressure resistance can reach up to 0.03MPa (0.3kgf/m²), which is able to meet the requirements of most low-pressure working conditions.
The special design of the sealing lip provides a low coefficient of friction and high sealing precision, which can effectively block lubricant leakage and reduce wear on the shaft body, extending the maintenance cycle and service life of the equipment.
Even in the dusty environment outside, SC type oil seal can prevent dust from intruding into the equipment through its own good sealing structure, keeping the lubricant pure and ensuring that the equipment is always in a smooth and efficient running state.
Material Characteristics
NBR oil seals mainly have the following characteristics:
- Good oil resistance: it has good resistance to oil, when contacting with lubricating oil, hydraulic oil and other oil medium, it can keep good sealing performance and effectively prevent oil leakage.
- Good wear resistance: it can work for a long time under the environment with certain friction, and when contacting with the rotating shaft, the wear-resistant characteristic can reduce the wear and prolong the service life of the oil seal.
- Wide temperature adaptability: it can work in a wide range of temperature, but too high temperature will affect its performance, the general working temperature is often between -40℃ - 120℃.
FKM rubber oil seal has the following characteristics:
- Excellent temperature resistance: FKM rubber's high temperature resistance is outstanding, and can be adapted to high temperature environments such as automobile engines, aerospace and other high temperature environments.
- Good chemical resistance: can maintain stable performance in harsh chemical environments, can be used in petrochemical, chemical processing and other fields.
- Good aging resistance: excellent aging resistance, no significant performance degradation after a long time of use, reducing maintenance and replacement costs.
